After
decades of playing guitar and bass I took the leap and purchased a
Chapman Stick ® in 2001. Little did I realize how this unique
instrument would transform my musical world. Since then I’ve attended
several Stick seminars, which provided me the opportunity to study with
some of the true masters of this challenging instrument.
The
Chapman Stick is an amazingly versatile instrument, and is being
utilized by musicians around the world in a wide variety of musical
styles and techniques. I enjoy composing, arranging, and playing in a
variety of genre, most often jazz and pop standards, easy listening
songs, and new age tapestries.
I
